How to create hotspots in MS powerpoint

 A hotspot allows you to hyperlink a specific part or shape of anything like a picture.You can hyperlink it to any thing like a website, a slide or even open a another file.

 Instructions: 

1.Have a picture and then draw shapes on the parts of the picture you want to hyperlink.To draw a shape,go to insert and click shape.From there, you can choose a regular shape but I would recommend using free fall because you can make any shape with it.

2.Next ,when you have your shapes over your picture done,you can hyperlink it by right clicking it and choose hyperlink.You can hyperlink it to anything.

3.To make it transparent,you have to select all of the shapes,not the picture.To do this, you take your mouse and start off the picture.Then you move it till all of your shapes are selected.Then you have to go to Format and choose shape fill.You can just choose no fill but that doesn't work all the time.So you click on More fill colors and then turn the transparency to 100%.Then you are going to go to shape outline in format and choose no outline.

4.To put this same effect on every slide you select the whole picture and copy and paste it to your destinations.Now days you can do this all in master view but you can do it either way.
